Quicklinks is an e-mail toolkit for health-care professionals in the Northwest who take care of children, teens and families. - Health-care provider materials request form (PDF 14KB): Children’s provides many materials to our partners in the community at no cost. Complete this form and fax it to (206) 985-3118 or e-mail it to our Physician Relations Specialist.
- Child health and safety information: Find information on health, safety, parenting and more. We have resources for parents, for children and for teens. Many items are available in both English and Spanish. Feel free to make copies to use with the families you see.
- Classes for kids, teens and families: Children’s offers classes on many topics, from asthma to potty training to babysitting. Visit the page to learn more or to have your families register for a class.
- Children with special needs: Visit the Center’s site to read Linkages, a newsletter for professionals who serve children with special needs, or sign-up for one of the e-mail lists. You can also find community and parent support resources in Washington state as well as diagnosis-specific health information and tools to support families of children with special needs. Visit to learn more about our current projects, grants, presentations and publications.
- Our services: Information about our clinical services, including what we treat, team members and contact information. You can also find resources to help your families prepare for a clinic appointment or inpatient stay.
