Prepare for Your Visit to the Speech and Language Program

• Please bring your child's school records as well as any reports from therapy providers outside of Children's.
• If your child is having a swallowing evaluation, please do not feed for two hours before your visit to help ensure that your child will be hungry.

Seattle Children's provides health care for the special needs of children regardless of race, sex, creed, ethnicity or disability. Financial assistance for medically necessary services is based on family income and hospital resources and is provided to children under age 21 whose primary residence is Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.
