Prepare for Your Visit to Vascular Anomalies

• Once you have a referral, please call our scheduling center at 206-987-2105, choose option 1 and ask for an appointment in the Vascular Anomalies Clinic. To coordinate more complex care, or if you have questions, please contact Stacy Russ, program assistant, at 206-987-1224.
• Please bring a CD with any imaging studies, such as CT scans and MRIs, or ask your primary care provider to send the studies to us in advance at the address provided. Also, please bring any photographs you have taken that show changes in your child's condition.

Seattle Children's provides health care for the special needs of children regardless of race, sex, creed, ethnicity or disability. Financial assistance for medically necessary services is based on family income and hospital resources and is provided to children under age 21 whose primary residence is Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.
