• I’m a legal guardian of a patient who is 17 years or younger: Request MyChart Access to My Child’s Record
• I’m an adult patient who is 18 years or older: Give Someone Else Access to My Record Through MyChart

MyChart has been expanded to give you even more access to your child's healthcare team and medical record.

MyChart is not for emergencies. If your child is experiencing a healthcare emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

With MyChart, you can:

• Message your provider.
• Check lab and radiology results.
• View Radiology images once the results are available.
• Attend your virtual Telemedicine appointment.
• View medication lists, After Visit Summaries and discharge instructions.
• Request or cancel some appointments.
• Pay your bills or set up a payment plan and much more.
