Seattle Children’s Research Institute recognizes the importance of scientific discovery in promoting child health. A dynamic group of individuals focused on preventing, eliminating and treating childhood disease is the lifeblood of our research division.

The research institute's important work is supported by several departments that we call Research Support Services (RSS).

RSS departments assist in the identification, application and management of research activities. RSS departments routinely assess performance on the basis of service metrics.
